  2. file ORDER.FRM. To print the works, use the batch file PRINTALL.BAT as
  3. follows: Be sure your printer in on line, then (in the directory with
  4. all the toolkit files) type:

  6.     PRINTALL <port>

  8. where <port> is the output port to which the printer is attached.
